Description

Composer's Note:

Bog Music was awarded 1st Prize at the 1977 Percussive Arts Society composition competition. It was premiered by Karen Ervin and the Abraxas Percussion Group in Los Angeles the following year. Interlocking rhythms and careful attention to timbre details provide a challenge for the soloist and the entire ensemble.
